Dr. Chea Leangsrun serves as the Agricultural Technical Manager at CE SAIN. As Agricultural Technical Manager, he is responsible for providing management, strategic direction, and technical assistance to ensure that the programs of CE SAIN are designed and implemented consistently with the highest quality and in adherence to appropriate technical standards, guidelines, and strategies.

Prior to joining CE SAIN, Dr. Chea Leangsrun served as a lecturer and researcher at the Faculty of Agronomy of RUA. He had experience in research, teaching, and project implementation. He coordinated several USAID-funded projects focusing on designing the strategies to sustainably intensify the vegetable production system in Cambodia.

Dr. Chea Leangsrun obtained his Ph.D. in Agricultural Sciences and MS in Sustainable International Agriculture at the University of Göttingen (Germany) and his BS in Agronomy from the Royal University of Agriculture (Cambodia). His scientific interest is in the context of understanding the impact of nutrient management practices on crop production and the quality of plant products.
