Ms. Chhoeun Malyheng serves as a project officer for the Foodborne Pathogen in Vegetable Project (FPV Project) of the Center of Excellence Sustainable Agricultural Intensification and Nutrition (CE SAIN). She earned her Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Agro-Industry from the Royal University of Agriculture (RUA), and currently, she is pursuing her Master of Food Science and Technology at RUA. Before joining CE SAIN, Malyheng had worked as Laboratory Technician at the Microbiology Laboratory located in the Royal University of Agriculture. I

Malyheng’s major role as a project officer is to collaborate, manage and implement the activities needed to support the projected goals by working closely with international project leaders at Kansas State University and Purdue University as well as Cambodia partners which are the Institute of Technology of Cambodia (ITC) and Institut Pasteur du Cambodge (IPC). She and her team will involve directly with stakeholders in the vegetable.
