Mr. Hean Samoeun serves as an Agricultural Technical Assistant at the Center of Excellence on Sustainable Agricultural Intensification and Nutrition (CE SAIN). He earned his bachelor’s degree in Agronomy science at the Royal University of Agriculture (RUA). Prior to becoming the Agricultural Technical Assistant at CE SAIN, Samoeun used to be an Agricultural Intern with CE SAIN as well. Besides this, he also an experience working as a sale representative at Angkor Green Cambodia Co., ltd.
At CE SAIN, Samoeun works directly under Provincial Agricultural Coordinator (PAC) to manage day-to-day labor, prepare weekly reports and support PAC for monthly report preparation, set up and renovate the irrigation system in the Agricultural Technology Park, assist PAC in preparing the cropping plan and plot layout in ATP, research the vegetable growing techniques, maintain technologies in ATP, record the data, and make the compost fertilizer and bio-pesticide for vegetable crops.
