Ms. Sam Chantha serves as a Graduate Research Assistant under the Appropriate Scale Mechanization Consortium phase II (ASMC2) project of CE SAIN. In this role, she is responsible to conduct a baseline study to identify potential farmers to engage women as early adopters of conservation agriculture practices, supporting in development and implementation of suitable multi-stage training for women targets, and participate in ASMC partners meetings. Chantha is currently a master’s student majoring in Agricultural Extension at the Royal University of Agriculture.
Chantha earned her Bachelor’s Degree of Arts in Sociology from the Royal University of Phnom Penh in 2018. Before joining CE SAIN, she had experience working as a field data collector at Helen Keller International-Cambodia.
