Mr. Touch Sidana serves as a Development Manager at CE SAIN. As the Development Manager (DM) at CE SAIN, he will create new opportunities for business and entrepreneurship, and for new international and government grants, create more partnership and funding opportunities to extend the existing programs, by building a strategic partnership with multiple stakeholders and fostering environmental collaboration, and enhancing the visibility of CE SAIN. He will also support CE SAIN on M&E matters at particular relevant indicators for quality assurance and meet donor requirements, coordinate the overall CE SAIN’s partnership and management strategy, and realization of the resource mobilization strategy in close collaboration with the Center Director.
Before joining CE SAIN, Sidana worked as a Program Manager for the Prevention and Control of Non-Communicable Diseases (NCD), Heart to Heart Foundation (HHF). He was also the Executive Director, of Mothers Heart Organization (MHO), Cambodia. On top of it, he has deep experience related to development, management, M&E for the non-governmental organization since 1997.
Mr. Touch Sidana earned his Master’s Degree in Development Management (MDM) from Norton University, Phnom Penh, Cambodia, and his Bachelor’s Degree in Bachelor Business Administrator Major in General Management from Build Bright University (BBU), Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
